Fancy’d-up Dominos Pizza

My kids LOVE dominos. My wallet LOVES dominos. But I am a snob and I can only stomach so much dominos.

I am also a pushover and order dominos for my children and end up with LOTS of points for free 2-topping pizzas. Enter: fancy dominos.

You’re going to get the thin crust. You’re going to get the garlic parm sauce. Your two toppings are chicken and onion. And then as soon as you get that sucker home you’re going to dump a half a bag of pre washed arugula on top of it to wilt it a bit (bonus points if you dress that arugula in a bit of EVOO first). Pepper on top (no salt! Dominos is SALTY!) and now you can enjoy your dominos while your kids enjoy their dominos.

(No joke if you plated this the right way you could prob serve it at a dinner party as a little app and folks would be none the wiser.)
